About Jerome
Training
- I received top level training for 4 years at San Diego State University on a full scholarship.
- I was drafted to the KC Chiefs in 2012. During my time in the NFL, I was trained by high level trainers with the Chiefs, Jaguars, Dolphins and Cowboys.
- Throughout my 6-year football career (college and NFL), I absorbed the details, intentions, and philosophies behind the actual training, rather than going through the motions of training. I adopted the mindset of “my body is my business”. Therefore, I have built the knowledge, and I have the passion, to be able to train others in the manner that I have been trained.
- In addition to my experience in football, I was also a successful wrestler in high school. In my senior year, I made it to the round of 12 at the California High School State Championships.
Tutoring
- I am a current, certified teacher for the State of Idaho. My certificate can be verified on the Idaho State Department of Education website, search for “Jerome Long”.
- I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics-Single Subject Teaching from San Diego State University in 2012.
- I have been a fully trained police officer, firefighter, and EMT, extending my scope of knowledge.
